She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray H. McKissick and Minnie L. Scott McKissick. She is survived by: her husband Jay; her sons, Ray L. Swigart (Debbie) of Butler and Jay D. Swigart II (Cindy) of Butler; her grandsons, Douglass W. Swigart (Kristen), Michael R. Swigart (Jennifer) and Jay D. Swigart III (Samantha); her great grandchildren, Dylan M., Emalynn R. and Peyton L.; and her brother Ray McKissick (Sandy) of Elderton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
