It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jordan Douglas Hammer (Renfrew, Pennsylvania), who passed away on August 29, 2023, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Richard, Lois Hammer, Ronald and Mary Catherine Myers. He is survived by: his parents, Doug and Ginny; his brother Mitchell Hammer (Megan Peaco); his niece Mia Rose Hammer; his caregivers, Ada, Luke, Joe, Elaine, Jeremy, Sydney, Tori, Paige and Darishia; and his friends, Dr Michael Miller, Dr McCaskey, Dr Hinterberger and Butler Pediatrics. He is also survived by loving aunts and uncles and cousins; devoted lifetime friends.
Jordan and his family's wishes are to honor his memory with donations to any of the following: Make a Wish Foundation, Fara Foundation, Trinity Lutheran Church, Camp Lutherlyn or the Butler County Family YMCA.
