It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay Hohman Sr. (Renfrew, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 1, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his fiancée Carrie; and his siblings, Don, Jeanne, Barbara, Bob and Bill.
Even in his last few years at Manor Care Nursing Home, he enjoyed having coffee daily with other patients and was very upset when life was restricted due to COVID-19 limitations.
