We are sad to announce that on December 31, 2020, at the age of 21, Jacob Grady of Renfrew, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alan D. Grady and Laurie Hallock Grady; his brother Johnathan Grady of Renfrew; his grandmothers, Sally Hallock (Mark Gerson) of Mars and Carol Grady (Bill Long) of Callery; and his aunts and uncles, Jack Grady (Heidi) of Deer Lakes, Steve Grady (Denise) of Butler, Dan Grady (Nicole) of Mars, Tracy Lazzo (George) of Butler and Kristi Hallock-Held (Tim) of Mars.
