He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Cousins and Helen (Blasko); his cousins, Beverly McGee (Dan), Shelly Balleu (Art), Patty Tincha (Jim) and Jeff Cousins; his wife Ida (Dietrich); his daughter Pam Smith; his grandson Tony Cousins; and his son-in-law Raymond "Buck" Monsour.

He is survived by: his children, Cheryle Monsour and Tom (Maureen).
