She was predeceased by: her father Bernard W. Took. She is survived by: her mother Norma J. Kniess Mitchell; her daughters, Ashley and Alayna; her brothers, Jay Took and Ronald Took (Michelle); her nieces and nephews, Adam, John, Dayton and Allison; her aunts, Ruth McCandless (Butch) and Carol Ann Saylor; and her uncle Bob Kniess.

Memorial donations may be made in Erin's honor to the Butler County Humane Society, 1015 Evans City Rd., Renfrew, PA 16053.
