He is survived by: his parents, Vanessa Clark and Jeff Checkan; his stepmother Carey Checkan; his brothers, Nicholas Checkan, Tyler Checkan and Keith Walsh Jr.; his nieces and nephews, Kyler Checkan, Keith Walsh III, Tanner Walsh, Kenslee, Kalayah and Lilli Checkan; his pet Layla; his aunts and uncles, Don, Bonnie Checkan, Rick and Darlene Checkan; his cousins, Shane (Amy), Corey (Staci), Colin (Meghan), Preston, Kaitlyn, Nadia, Wyatt and Marissa; and his extended family, Patricia Scott, Deb Carothers, Ron, Joyce Powers, Chip, Leslie, Randy, Rhonda, Kevin, Tammy, Ed, Tina, Micah, Heidi, Greg, Brittany, Courtney, Shelby, Kylee, Jacob, Hannah, Ryan, Trent, Skyleigh, Rylee, Grayson, Maddox, Zoe, Drake, River and Brielle.
