He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Crouch and Mabel Crouch (Dodds); his daughter Lu Anne Summerville; and his sister Louise Crouch. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Beth Graham of Butler; and his siblings, Mary Ann Carbin (Bob) of Butler, Dennis Crouch (Vicky) of Butler and David Crouch (Ev). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
