He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Roberts Wincer; his children, Brenna Wincer, Cameron and Cole Wincer; his father Matthew Joseph Wincer, Sr.; his brothers, Michael Wincer and Matthew Wincer Jr. (Melissa); his nieces and nephews, Apryl of Johnstown and Branden of Johnstown; and his sister-in-law Chrissy Stelts (Russell) of Zelienople.
