It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arletta Jean Powell of Renfrew, Pennsylvania, born in Butler, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 20, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Setnar and Mary Setnar; her siblings, Dorothy Warren, Vincent (Lee Setnar) and William (Lucy Setnar); her niece Debbie Hilliard; and her great-niece Amanda Warren.
She is survived by: her husband James Powell; and her children, Joyce Klabnik (Gene Mills), James Powell (Debbie Powell), Judy Fleming (Doug Fleming), Jackie Kovach (Matthew Kovach) and Jay Powell (Heidi Powell). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
