He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Martin and Lucy Martin (Weber); his daughter Anna H. Martin; and his siblings, Rufus, John, Pauline, Elizabeth, Lucy, Beatrice, Anna and Esther.
He is survived by: his wife Anna G. Martin (Hahn); his children, Eileen (Leonard Showalter) of Singers Glen, VA, Anita H. Martin of Denver, Dennis (Lois), Robert (Miriam), Warren (Susan), Galen (Ellen), Melvin (Eva Jane), Leonard (Jean), James (Phebe), Wilmer (Lucille) and Henry (Louise); his brothers, Andrew W. Martin of Reinholds and Henry W. Martin of Reinholds; and his siblings-in-law, Titus W. Martin of Ephrata, Nevin Z. Martin of East Earl, Mary Martin of Ephrata and Mabel Martin of Ephrata. He is also survived by 90 grandchildren; 162 great-grandchildren.
