He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel G. Heiser Sr. and Dorothy Heiser Rauser (Smith); his brother Robert Heiser; and his half-siblings, Melvin Geib and Angela Swartz.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. Heiser (Hauck); his daughters, Tammy Porter of Denver and Tricia Johnson (Mike) of Denver; his grandchildren, Daphne Heiser, Austin Aletriz, Ben Porter (Hannah), Alexis Johnson and Bella Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Myah Walton, Thomas Walton and Paisley Walton.
