We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2025, at the age of 68, Russ Allen Schannauer of Reinholds, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Russ may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Russ touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Schannauer and Janet Schannauer (Reider). He is survived by: his children, Ryan A. Schannauer (Maggie Guterl) and Adelaide L. Schannauer; his grandchildren, Isabelle B., Taylor M., Ashlynn M. and Jaeden A. Schannauer; and his siblings, Jeffrey L. Schannauer (Bridget E.), Pam Grubb (Donnie) and Kevin Schannauer (Robin). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
