We are sad to announce that on February 7, 2023, at the age of 69, John M. Hawthorne Jr. of Reinholds, Pennsylvania, born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John M., Sr. and Christine Weaver Hawthorne. He is survived by: his wife Jimaline M. Markley Hawthorne; his children, Marcia (Gary Dengler) of Reinholds, Amy (Michael Dilley) of Wrightsville, Eric (Danielle Hawthorne) of Palm Bay and Kevin Hawthorne of Sanford; his siblings, Christine O'Donnell, Richard (Leslie Hawthorne) of Zephyrhillis, Florida, David Hawthorne of Zephyrhillis, Florida and Douglas Hawthorne of Texas; his uncle Paul Hawthorne of Mt. Nebo; and his pets, Balto, Reese and Rubert. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
