He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Fultz and Emma Fultz (Bowersox); and his siblings, Violet "Sis" Moore, Lena Sweigart, Anna "Tuss" Noll, Cloyd Fultz, Bobby Fultz and Betty Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Fultz; his children, Donna F. Fultz of Reinholds and Randy (Jodi Fultz) of Fritztown; his grandchildren, Joshua (Briana Fultz) of Reinholds and Jessica Fultz (Brendon Harnish) of New Holland; his great grandchildren, Karson and Elizabeth; and his brothers, Butch (Jane Fultz), Palmer "Puddy" (Nancy Fultz), Ronnie "Hump" Fultz, Lonnie (Brenda Fultz), Donnie Fultz and Larry (Deb Fultz).
