With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Eugene S. Trostle of Reinholds, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Trostle and Daisy Trostle (Showalter); his wife Mary Trostle (Sawyer); and his siblings, Elmer, Richard, Kathryn Groff and Dorothy Petery.

He is survived by: his children, Robert Trostle (Debra) of Denver, James Trostle (Evelyn) of Stevens, Kenneth Trostle of Merrill, WI, Debra Nolt (Gerald) of Ephrata, Barbara Andrew (Mark) of Terre Hill, David Trostle (Cassandra) of Mohnton, Donald Trostle of Herndon, VA and Christine Reich (Kurt) of Reinholds; and his brother Larry Trostle (Mary) of Denver. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Fairview Cemetery (357 Walnut St, Denver, PA 17517).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Eugene's memory may be made to charity of one's choice.
