He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar S. Walters and Alice E. Walters (Ashburn); his wife Kathryn Laura Walters (Carl); his brother John T. Walters; his nephew Glenn; and his great grandchild Darius.
He is survived by: his children, Mark D. (Laura L. Walters) and Julle M. (Leland Peltier); and his stepdaughter Penny (Robert Smith). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and two nephews.
