He is survived by: his mother Patricia Adair (Gochenauer); his stepfather Carl Adair; his son Lucas Millhouse (Melissa); his wife Debbie Martin; and his stepchildren, Justin Martin (Wendy) and Alicia Javier. He is also survived by 6 granddaughters; 3 brothers and 2 sisters; several nieces and nephews.
