She was predeceased by: her spouse Cloyd H. Fultz. She is survived by: her son Curt; her grandchildren, Jaimie of Bernville, Jessica Fultz of Bernville and Matt Hoffert of Bernville; her great grandchildren, Skylar, Scarlett and Landen; and her siblings, Melrose Kupp of Ephrata, Marlene, Sheryl Paglia of San Jose, CA, Mary Jane and Gary.
