Tobias; his children, David Michael Tobias Jr., Jason Michael Wolgemuth (Brooke) and Lori Ann (James Yeingst); his siblings, Harold Jack Tobias, Fred Alfred Tobias, Joel Tobias, Greg Bell, Richard Bell, Helen Jill Etnoyer, Laural Tobias, Joan Clay, Doris Tobias, Cindy Tobias and Lisa Shultz; his grandchildren, Jordan, Dakota, Owen, Braxton, Foster, Cali and Drakke; and his great grandchildren, Brennon, Chelsea, Ryan and Taylor.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Middle Creek Wildlife Management Area.
