He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Eberly and Annie Eberly (Althouse); his wife Bessie Irene Eberly (Miller); and his sisters, Elizabeth Habecker, Earla Leibig and Kathryn Martzall.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Lee Eberly (Leslie A.), Connie M. Hawk (Larry), LuAnn M. Luz (late Carl J.) and Pamela M. Shollenberger (Scott). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Alvin's memory may be made to Roseboro Stradling Funeral Home, at the above address, to assist with funeral expenses.
