She was predeceased by: her parents, Merrill Hughes and Dorothy Hughes (Franks); her husband Norman Harshbarger, Jr.; and her siblings, Robert Karstetter and Melinda "Vicki" Norris.
She is survived by: her daughters, Angela Chilson (Jeffrey) and Mykeshia Weaver (Matthew); her grandchildren, Bryan Chilson, Cole Chilson and Alaina Chilson; and her sister Ann Hesser of McVeytown.
