She was predeceased by: her parents, William T. Oburn and Clare S. Oburn (Wofley); and her son-in-law Roy C. "Charlie" Fultz, Sr.. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Roy "Bud" Fultz Jr. (Angela) of Portsmouth, VA, Jamie Fultz (Connie) of Reedsville, Jeremy Sheaffer (Dawn) of Gypsum, CO, Jayson, Jaycub Sheaffer of Reedsville and Judd Sheaffer of Littleton, CO; her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn George (Joshua), Charles "Chad" Fultz, Chelsea Fultz, Brandon Fultz and Quinn Piper Sheaffer; and her great great grandchild Payton George (Frank Oburn). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
