He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald L. 'Sonny' and Charlotte Elaine Fultz (Bohn). He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. Fultz (Hoover) of Reedsville; his daughters, Megan Fultz (Matt) of Homer City and McKenna Fultz of Johnstown; his grandchildren, Bryar, Brady and Rosealynn; his brothers, Danny L. Fultz (Karyn) of Carlisle and Dane L. Fultz of Lewistown; his nieces, Erica, Alyssa and Alexandria; and his close friend Tom Fallon (Linda) of Lewistown.
