He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy S. Kauffman, Sr. and Katie B. Kauffman (Yoder); his brother Raymond Kauffman; his stepmother LaRue Fisher Kauffman (Bossinger); and his former wife Imogene Kauffman (Aumiller).
He is survived by: his child Shirley Snyder (Ron, family: Roy S. Kauffman III, Charity Stuck) of Mifflintown; his grandsons, Ty and Collin Stuck; his sisters, Esther Fisher of Delaware, Barbara Hetrick of Burnham and Judy Ann Patterson (Larry) of Reedsville; and his sister-in-law Mary Kauffman of Kansas. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
