He is survived by: his wife Carmella S. Fultz (Damicantonio); his sons, Peter A. Fultz of Milroy and Kevin R. Fultz (Kristi Carter) of Milroy; his grandson Kallen Richard Fultz; and his brothers, Raymond Fultz of Milroy, Dean Fultz of Milroy and Herb Fultz of Milroy.
