She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Horner and Hazel Horner (Wilson); her husband Gary L. Zook; and her siblings, Russell Horner, Lucy Hartley and Dawn Horner.
She is survived by: her children, Gary L. Zook (Maxine) of New Jersey and Leanne J. Condo (Todd) of Reedsville; her grandchildren, Erin Shafranich (Justin) and Erika Sellers (Joseph); her great grandchildren, Aubrey, Owen, Kendyl, Karson and Jaycee; and her sister Clara Miller of Belleville. She is also survived by nana and "Nana Peggy" to her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
