She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur W. Stroup and Esther M. Stroup (Montgomery); and her sisters, Joyce Burnell and Phyllis J Thomas. She is survived by: her husband James A. Spangler; her children, Karen D. Ruble (Jim) of Reedsville, Sharon L. Gallagher of Hazelton, Jameline A. Krepps (Wesley) of Mississippi and Danna M. Klinger of Reedsville; her sister Geraldine A. Fisher of Lewistown; her grandchildren, Christopher J Ruble, Jimi Janae Ruble, Bill J Gallagher, Danny J Gallagher, Michael L Gallagher, Carma Jo Krepps, Desiree D Strong (Krepps), Janalee R Krepps, Wade D Krepps, Jessica M Paxton (Licate) and Jennifer M Corriveau (Licate); and her great grandchildren, Billy, Kendall, Lennin, Jeremiah, Wyatt and Connor.
