She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Cowan and Mildred Cowan (Estright). She is survived by: her husband Donald E. Rockey, Sr.; her son Donald E. Rockey, Jr. (Sharon) of Pleasant Gap; her grandchildren, Holly A. Byers (Brandon) and Donald E. Rockey, III of Mesa; and her great grandchildren, Gayte Fetters, Jonas Fetters, Alexia Rockey and Nathaniel Rockey.
