She was predeceased by: her parents, George E. Havice and Evelyn I. Havice (Sweitzer). She is survived by: her husband Gregory Don Knouse; her children, James L. Knouse of Milroy and Shelby L. Knouse of Burnham; and her siblings, George E. Havice, Jr. (Joyce) of Reedsville, Connie Rose Himes (John) of Siglerville and Amy L. Nale (William) of Reedsville.
