He was predeceased by: his parents, John Harshbarger and Rita I. Harshbarger (Bottorf); and his sister Janice Ann Lepley. He is survived by: his wife Anna K. Harshbarger (Bittner) of Reedsville; his daughters, Susan A. Kauffman (Robert L.) of Milroy and Nancy L. Kauffman (Paul A. Jr.) of Belleville; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Bosse (Daniel), Marla J. Kauffman, Lindsey D. Kauffman, Katherine M. Kauffman (Adam Houtz), Benjamin Kauffman (Sabrina) and Daniel Kauffman; his great grandchildren, Noah, Jocelyn and Mila Bosse; and his brother James L. Harshbarger of North Carolina.
