He is survived by: his close friend Linda Rhodes; his children, Lindsey M. Peterson (Jeff) of McClure and Skyler M. B. Wise (Olivia) of Port Royal; his grandchildren, Kegan, Rylee, McKinlee and Ophelia; and his siblings, Bernard Wise, Jr. (Jo) of Lewistown, Stephanie McMullen (David) of Spruce Creek and Wendy Cunningham (Albert Lee Phillips) of Burnham.
