He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin E. Fultz and Manis E. Fryer (Reed); his wife Linda K. Fultz (Dillman); his siblings, Patricia Speece, Kay Hunter and Larry T. Dippery; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Hoover, Richard Speece and John Shawver, Jr..
He is survived by: his sons, Keith E. Fultz of Milroy and Randy L. Fultz (Miriam) of Selinsgrove; his granddaughter Trista Hindman (Jonathan) of Shippensburg; his sisters, Sara Hoover of Siglerville and Susan Shawver of McClure; his siblings-in-law, Donna Simonetti of Yeagertown and Dave Hunter of Treaster Valley; and his son Jay-Wood. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
