He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard F. "Ted" Loucks and Florence M. "Tillie" Loucks (Hake); his wife Hannah E. Loucks (Lukens); and his brother Jay Herbert "Herb" Loucks. He is survived by: his children, Susan Freeman of Souderton, Alice Marsh (William) of Greencastle and Daniel Loucks (Tracy); and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Ford (Charles), William Marsh (Angel), Sarah String (David), Amanda Chiarot (Paul) and Lindsay Bailor (Daniel Hull). He is also survived by 7 Great-Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. John's Lutheran Church, 120 N. Main St., Lewistown, PA.
