He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon C. Campbell and Luella M. Campbell (Schaeffer); his wife Judith Anne Campbell (Sterrett); and his siblings, Linda L. Spagnoletti and Thomas J. Campbell.
He is survived by: his children, Julie Harrison of Orange Park, Fla. and G. Brent Campbell of Reedsville; his stepson Phillip C. Norris, Sr. of Burnham; and his sisters, Carol A. Wagner of Yeagertown and Nancy J. Evola of Mifflintown. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
