He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood M. Stuter, Sr. and Faye Stuter (Lantz); and his sister Judith Faye Stuter. He is survived by: his brothers, William Stuter (Connie) of Reedsville and Ronald Stuter (Lona) of Burnham; and his nephews, Brian, Todd, Eric and Bill. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
