He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Stanley Rager and Shirley M. Rager (Yetter); and his brothers, Scott Alan Rager and Timothy Ray Rager. He is survived by: his siblings, Cynthia A. Esh (Doug) of Milroy, Kerry T. Rager (Martha) of Reedsville and Kirk M. Rager (Chris) of Reedsville.
