She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Conklin and Olga Conklin (Gustafson); her husband Arthur Ostrosky; her siblings, Alma Force, Alice Gers and Charles "Buddy" Conklin; her niece Sharon; and her daughter-in-law Sheri Ostrosky.
She is survived by: her children, Mark A. Ostrosky of Coatesville, PA and Christine R. Kipp (Todd) of Reedsville; and her grandchildren, Nicole Ostrosky of Philadelphia, Brandon Ostrosky of Coatesville, PA and Cody Kipp of Reedsville.
