He was predeceased by: his siblings, Paul, Pauline, Elnora, Margaret, Jean, Geraldine, Betty, Hope, Jay, Harry and Ray; and his parents, Harry S. Wagner and Tressie L. Wagner.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Wagner (Hayes); his son Timothy Wagner (Margaret Hudlin Wagner) of Minnesota; and his grandson Timothy Hudlin Wagner.
