He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Nancy Kauffman (Alan), Melinda Rosenthall, Thomas (Melody) and Timothy (Renee); his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Matthew, Paige, Claire, Adam, Zachary, Katie, Derek, Ashton and Amanda; and his siblings, Joyce Damicantonio and Harold (Faith). He is also survived by friend traveled to be with his parents and siblings.
