She is survived by: her husband Billy Joe "Tink" Wagner; her daughters, Billie Ann Wagner-Quinn (William) of Freehold, NJ and Cece Jo Hoover (Daniel) of Milroy; and her sisters, Paula Eckley (Ralph) of Milroy and Jan Criswell of Reedsville. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
