She was predeceased by: her husband Jacob E. Smith, Sr.; and her parents, Harry D. Lukens and Mabel V. Lukens (Smith). She is survived by: her daughters, Holly Anne Snyder (Bruce Karaffa) of State College, Kathi Jo Hampton of Reedsville and Mary Anne Stella (James) of Hamburg; and her grandchildren, Julie D. Hampton, Allison B. Stella and Nicholas J. Stella.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the King Funeral Home and Crematory (47 Carriage House Ln, Reedsville, PA 17084). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
