She is survived by: her husband Douglas Jacoby of Reeders, PA; her children, Wayne Jacoby (Shiela) of Kunkletown, PA and Lori Jacoby of Reeders, PA.; her grandchildren, Matthew Kenderdine (Kelli), Kira Kenderdine, Daniel Rogouski, Melanie Strohl (Jesse) and Stephanie Schell (Charles); her great grandchildren, Kaylee, Wesley, Kolton, Abel, Mia, Randy, Tyler, Halia and Alexis; her great great grandchildren, Isabelle and Brantley; and her siblings, Carol Kleintop (Robert) of Pen Argyl, PA and Frank Pruzinsky of Reeders.
