He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret J. Frailey (Beatty); his parents, Arthur J. Frailey and Sarah E. Frailey (Teada); and his siblings, Barry Frailey and Glenda Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Leon A. Frailey Jr. of Reeders and Deborah Bow of Freeport, NY; and his grandchildren, Leon, Scott, Priscilla, Margaret, Tony, Anna Maria and Ramon. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
