She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest W. Butz; her parents, Bertha Smith and Everett; her grandson Thomas W. Miller; and her siblings, Alberta Thomas, Ethel Hartshorn, Beatrice Besecker, Warren Smith, Oakey Smith, Lawrence Smith and Homer Smith.
She is survived by: her daughter Margaret Miller (Thomas) of Reeders; her grandson Todd W. Miller (Devon Blakely) of Reeders; her great grandchild Emma Miller of Reeders; and her sisters, Gladys Warnick of Stroudsburg and Arlene Burger of Kunkletown. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
