She is survived by: her significant other Dewey Tally of Reeders; her children, Kevin Hayes of Berwick, Damien Perkins of Reeders, Randy Perkins of Allentown and Kayla Melchor of Allentown; her siblings, Michael Ingalls of Newport, NH, Carla Jarvis of Windsor, VT and Tina Leclair of Alstead, NH; and her stepmother Debra Zeigafuse of Bartonsville.
