She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest D. Smeltzer, Sr.; her parents, Paul Schrum and Martha Schrum (Stumpf); and her siblings, Ralph, Paul Schrum Jr., Willis Harmon, Dorothy Galloway, Betty Jacobs and Catharine Lease.
She is survived by: her children, Ernest D. Smeltzer, Jr. (Lucinda) of Dallastown and Jane L. Dixon (David) of York; her grandchildren, Lisa Lee, Troy Smeltzer, Todd Colvin, Christa Wagman, Erin and David Dixon; her great grandchildren, Zachary, Summer Lee, Taylor Leiphart, Tyler Crawford, Chase Smeltzer and Aaron Wagman; her great great grandchildren, Noah, Carson Fetrow and River Allen Leiphart; and her sisters, Nancy Urey of Lewisberry, Mary Snyder of York, Barbara Kottmyer of York and Sarah Smith of York.
