He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Alfred "Gene" Thoman (Thelma); and his father Dennis Barley. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly A. Barley (Thoman); his mother Anna Billet (Wynegar); his stepfather Carl "Fritz" Billet; his sons, Timothy R. Barley (Cathiusca) of Dallastown and Anthony E. Barley of Dallastown; his grandchildren, Natalia, Gabriella and Christian; his siblings, Dennis Barley Jr. (Justine), Steven Barley (Linda), Skip Billet (Amy), Dot Blevins (Mike Sersen), Amy Kuhn (Jeff) and Connie Stonesifer (Michael); his brothers-in-law, Blane Thoman (Cindy) and Byron Thoman (Jackie); and his stepmother Mary. He is also survived by uncle and is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
His fight with COVID 19 inspired so many, but so did the life he lived long before it.

The BarleyStrong Foundation has been created in Tim's honor to help provide sports opportunities and experiences to underprivileged youth in local communities, as well as college scholarships and mentorship programs.
