She is survived by: her husband Charles L. Jennings; her children, Debra Forbes (Rick) and Charles L. Jennings, Jr. (Sharon); her grandchildren, Jamie Myers (Chad), Joshua Forbes (Debbie Foster), Chelsey McIntyre (Robbie Lentz) and Hayden Jennings (Colleen Flynn); her great grandchildren, Dempsey Myers, Carolina Myers, Braxton Forbes, Ashlyn Forbes and Zoey Lentz; her sister Doris Mitzel; her half-sisters, Sharon Flaharty, Tammy Martin and Laura Slaybaugh; and her caregiver Jess.
