He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Copeland and Florence Marie Fears (Pfautz). He is survived by: his spouse Jossel H. Fears (Hortelano); his children, Paul Sebastian Fears (Stacey) of Wrightsville and Candy Love Staub of York; his grandchild Stevie Staub of York; and his siblings, Kathy Morris of Alabama, Judy Quarltere (Tony) of Florida and Robin Fears (Sharon) of Lancaster. He is also survived by his niece and nephews.
